1、dish 可以泛指各式各样的盘子，plate 也是 dish 的一种。
2、dish 通常是较深的盘子，用来装较有汤汁的食物蔽隐枣，但它不如碗深，且直径比碗大；plate专指平的盘子沿很浅的盘子。
3、dish泛指餐具，例如洗碗时会说wash the dishes不是wash the plates。
